Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Program Finance Analyst to partner with program managers and cross‑functional teams. You will oversee budgeting, billing, forecasting, and reporting to ensure contract compliance and financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires experience in FP&A, cost/control systems, and collaboration across contracts, procurement, and accounting. A strong process mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience, including 3+ years in program control or financial management.
• Intermediate MS Excel skills for large data sets and monthly reporting.
• Knowledge of Costpoint, SmartView, Hyperion and COGNOS; FP&A experience.
• Ability to collaborate with contracts, procurement, accounting, engineering.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Manager with financial planning, reporting, and contract-related analysis.
• Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of projects for cost tracking, revenue recognition, and billing.
• Monitor budgets, funding, forecasts, and cost performance to meet obligations.
• Prepare PMR, ETC, EAC, and client reporting; perform variance and scenario analyses.
• Review labor charges, subcontractor invoices, and travel vouchers for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program execution and resolve issues.
• Assist with purchasing, facility services, and equipment tied to program requirements.
