Job summary

Hive Group is seeking a strategic Program Director to lead TSA IPMSS-related efforts at the VAD Integrated Program. The role involves directing program goals, managing risk, and coordinating with government leadership to ensure quality and on-time performance.

The position requires 10+ years of senior program management experience on complex federal programs, with strong budgeting, reporting, and governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s or 15+ years experience can substitute.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and set program goals aligned with strategic objectives.
• Supervise program and project managers, provide performance feedback and resolve complex issues.
• Develop and oversee budgets, operations, and financial performance; ensure compliance with CLIN delivery.
• Interface with Government leadership, CO, and COR; provide detailed briefings and status reports.
• Devise evaluation strategies to monitor quality, productivity, and efficiency across all areas.
• Ensure all program activities adhere to DHS/TSA policies and contract standards.
