Job summary

Partner Forces is seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst to support FEMA task orders, focusing on standardizing operating procedures and strengthening executive coordination. You’ll balance analytical rigor with hands-on coordination and documentation to deliver consistent messaging across programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in government or professional services environments, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years supporting program management, process improvement, communications, operations, or coordination in government or professional services.
• Experience with process mapping, SOP development, stakeholder communications, or executive coordination; multiple areas a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to synthesize input into clear documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate technical info for varied audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across program offices in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with high-quality, client-ready deliverables; coaching/oversight available.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate or support process-mapping sessions and translate findings into SOPs.
• Maintain a central, version-controlled repository for procedures and materials.
• Roll out standardized processes across programs with focus on task management and quality control.
• Identify opportunities for automation and create templates/trackers.
• Support stakeholder engagement strategy with consistent messaging across programs.
• Develop leadership communications, including briefings and reports.
• Serve as a program contact for internal/external information requests and outreach.
• Establish data collection and verification for accurate reporting.
• Provide executive coordination support: scheduling, agendas, minutes, follow-ups.
• Draft deliverables with coaching from senior staff and align with the Statement of Work.
