Job summary

Partner Forces, a homeland security-focused management consulting firm, seeks an experienced, client-facing Consultant to lead FEMA task orders across two streams: standardizing procedures and strengthening stakeholder communications.

You will manage day-to-day client relationships, oversee timely delivery, mentor staff, and contribute to business development while collaborating with internal resources for delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 7+ years in program management, business processes, or communications.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading multi-workstream delivery.
• Mentoring staff using coaching models is preferred.
• Familiarity with capture, proposal activities, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead timely development of deliverables across one or both work streams and manage day‑to‑day client relationships.
• Act as a trusted resource to clients with a solid understanding of the SOW and team support.
• Engage internal resources and Delivery Excellence to ensure consistent delivery quality.
• Apply solution‑oriented thinking to solve delivery challenges and mitigate risks.
• Organize contract workpapers and deliverables for knowledge management and compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure timekeeping and policy adherence.
• Identify opportunities to support project leadership and the broader account.
• Build a professional network with client staff and peers across primes and subs.
• Track emerging client needs and articulate how Partner Forces can help.
• Support recompete and business development activities, including capture efforts.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing with client insights and tools.
