Job summary

Partner Forces is seeking a Senior Analyst to help lead FEMA task orders, standardizing procedures and strengthening stakeholder communications. The role focuses on process mapping, SOP development, and executive coordination, with mentoring responsibilities for junior analysts.

You'll work onsite in a fast-paced government-services environment, collaborating with client leadership to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables and risk-aware project management across programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business process improvement, or governance roles in a government or professional services environment.
• Proven ability to lead client deliverables with minimal oversight across process mapping, SOPs, or executive coordination.
• Experience reviewing others’ work and mentoring junior team members is preferred.
• Strong judgment to identify risks to scope, schedule, or approach and communicate them to leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client discussions and feedback management.

Responsibilities

• Lead or own portions of process-mapping, SOP development, and documentation with minimal coaching.
• Perform quality reviews of deliverables from junior analysts and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop tools, templates, and methods to document processes and report progress.
• Facilitate client review sessions on SOPs, communications materials, and reporting deliverables.
• Identify risks to scope, schedule, or approach and raise them to leadership.
