Role requires high school diploma, strong Excel/data-management skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience using Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.
• Prior experience in a similar role, customer service, or administrative position helpful.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to attend local hiring events 3–4 times a month.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Enrollment Process Management: schedule appointments and process PIV activations, enrollments, and resets.
• Documentation and Data Collection: collect biometric data and verify documents per guidelines.
• Verification and Authentication: verify identities before enrollment.
• Data Security and Privacy: handle sensitive information per regulations and policy.
• Communication: explain processes clearly and provide excellent customer service.
• Recordkeeping: maintain records and track enrollment status in spreadsheets.
• Compliance and Training: stay updated on policies and participate in training.
