Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Federal Materials Supervisor to optimize warehouse operations under FAR/DFARS guidelines and government property tracking requirements. You will lead material management initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across ERP/WMS systems.

You will collaborate with procurement, government property admins, production, and logistics to forecast demand, plan procurement, and meet contract obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain in aerospace/defense under FAR/DFARS.
• 1+ years of experience managing a lead of supervisors, associates, or technicians.
• Familiarity with Government‑Furnished Property (GFP) administration and FAR Part 45/52.245-1 requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
• Onsite requirement in Santa Ana, CA or Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement material management strategies to comply with FAR/DFARS.
• Hire and train talent to manage material flow per Anduril guidelines.
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness of material management processes.
• Implement systems that align with government property and inventory management policies.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through end-to-end material management, including audits.
