Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Federal/Capital Materials Manager to support the Anduril North Carolina Composites branch. You will create strategic plans for material procedures, ensure FAR/DFARS compliance, and maintain systems going into production.

The role focuses on SOP development, ERP/WMS implementation, and managing federal/capital inventories. You will lead a warehouse team, collaborate with cross-functional groups, and drive continuous improvement onsite in Morrisville, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, or supply chain management roles in an aerospace and/or defense manufacturing environment.
• Ability to be onsite, local to Morrisville, NC.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to develop a team and systems/procedures effectively.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS compliance and government material management processes.
• Knowledge of AS9100 standards and MMAS Systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop material management strategies to comply with FAR/DFARS and DFARS/252.244-7001.
• Implement End-to-End material management measures to ensure inventory accuracy and reduce stockouts.
• Collaborate with government property, procurement, production, manufacturing engineering, logistics, and quality teams for demand forecasting and planning.
• Align material availability with production schedules and minimize disruptions.
• Analyze material usage trends and implement lean practices for handling, storage, and distribution.
• Utilize ERP & WMS to track inventory, generate reports, and provide data-driven insights.
• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team.
