Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Materials Associate to manage the physical movement of materials in our production facility and maintain inventory accuracy. You will receive inbound raw materials, verify against POs, route to inspection, stockroom, or production, and ensure strict traceability and compliance in a SUBSAFE environment.

This role covers receiving, shipping, and materials management, requiring attention to detail and experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of shipping & receiving, warehouse, or logistics in manufacturing.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Forklift/pallet jack operation (certification or to be obtained).
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and barcode scanners.
• Ability to read POs, packing slips, and basic engineering drawings.
• Experience with domestic shipping coordination (LTL).
• Strong attention to detail on part numbers, quantities, lot/heat codes, and revisions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for shifts.
• U.S. Person status (ITAR requirement).

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and verify contents against packing slips and POs.
• Inspect packaging and ensure accuracy of materials.
• Process receipts in ERP with correct part numbers and lot data.
• Verify certifications accompany material.
• Route material to inspection, stockroom, or production.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate to supply chain and quality.
• Handle heavy receipts with riggers and cranes as needed.
• Pack and ship outbound hardware with correct documentation.
• Maintain ERP transactions for receipts, issues, and transfers.
