Job summary

ASM Research, an Accenture Federal Services company, seeks a project manager to oversee development and implementation of government contracts, including budgets, procurement, and technical writing. You will interface with end users, IT support, and client services as the primary contact across project teams.

You will ensure quality, manage vendor tasks, and support proposals while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders under fixed deadlines in a dynamic government environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience. Master's Degree preferred
• PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master preferred
• 5-10 years of experience working on projects/programs supporting Government Contracts

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, IT support, and client services.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
• Provides project management services including general administrative oversight, time accounting, financial tracking, cost projection, inventory management, and support.
• Prepares and approves Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols and other technical documentation.
• Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, clients, and other departments involved in the project.
• May be responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading relatively small proposals or assisting with major proposals.
• May serve as the primary or assistant technical and management representative for the company, customer, and senior leadership.
