Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required; preferred fields include Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Operations Management or related field.
• MBA or Master’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Active PMP certification or equivalent program management experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical and administrative leadership for contract performance across all task areas.
• Manage cost, schedule, and performance to improve service delivery and drive efficiency.
• Oversee program management processes, reporting, staffing alignment, and execution of work under the contract.
• Ensure compliance with Federal regulations, contractual requirements, and organizational standards.
• Lead development and maintenance of program management plans and performance reporting.
