Job summary

DMI is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex federal technology programs. The role oversees delivery across software development, systems integration, IT infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity, with accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years delivering technology programs in a federal environment, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage diverse teams and large contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight+ years of technology delivery experience.
• At least three years leading federal programs or contracts.
• Experience managing delivery in a federal contracting environment, including customer engagement, contract deliverables, funding constraints, staffing, risk and compliance obligations.
• Experience with software development, systems integration, IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams of software developers, engineers, architects, analysts and other professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex federal technology programs.
• Maintain accountability for program cost, schedule, scope, quality, staffing and contractual performance.
• Serve as primary interface with government leadership, contracting officers, and vendors.
• Translate requirements into an integrated program plan with milestones and deliverables.
• Establish program governance including reviews, reporting, risk escalation and change control.
• Monitor budgets, funding, labor utilization and margin; adjust as needed.
• Direct schedule management across multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, and change requests with clear documentation.
