Job summary

Unissant, Inc. is seeking a Principal Product Lead to govern the program roadmap and align product work with government priorities on a large multi-year IT services program.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership in product strategy, roadmaps, and governance, partnering with government stakeholders, agile teams, and engineering to deliver measurable value and secure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise product management on large federal IT services programs.
• Deep expertise in product strategy, roadmaps, discovery, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, backlog management, and value measurement.
• Experience establishing intake and prioritization governance across multiple teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the program-level product roadmap in alignment with mission priorities and objectives.
• Establish intake-to-prioritization governance for new requests and enhancements.
• Translate objectives into roadmaps, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable objectives.
• Lead cross-team planning and sequencing considering dependencies, architecture, data, security, and operations.
• Manage backlogs, define work, and ensure readiness for delivery teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment through workshops, discovery sessions, and decision forums.
• Monitor value measures, adoption, and delivery progress against mission outcomes.
• Coordinate work across teams, vendors, and stakeholders; manage risks and dependencies.
