Job summary

Unison is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead delivery and operations for large-scale federal programs, including ERP and grants management. This role requires directing cross-functional teams, managing budgets, maintaining client relationships, and guiding programs from proposal through steady-state operations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering integrated federal ERP systems or large-scale programs.
• Direct ownership of client relationships, statements of work, scope and staffing.
• Senior-level experience managing federal programs, contracts, and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, margins, and financials for delivery.
• Experience leading executive briefings, governance and escalations.
• Led cross-functional delivery teams across full lifecycle of programs.
• Experience delivering in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Experience supporting proposal development, capture, and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for large, complex federal programs including ERP and grants management.
• Serve as senior delivery lead with client relationships and financial performance oversight.
• Mentor cross-functional teams of PMs, analysts, consultants and support staff.
• Manage risk, issues, dependencies, and change control at enterprise scale.
• Support business development through proposals, staffing plans, and pricing input.
• Oversee lifecycle activities from requirements through O&M transitions.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, FAR/DFAR and security obligations.
• Drive PMO standards and continuous improvement across portfolios.
• Represent Unison with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
