Job summary

RIVA Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Lead to manage daily FBIB service delivery after go-live.

The role oversees fingerprint and facial photo capture operations, badge production, help desks, system availability, and workforce onboarding, with a focus on throughput and quality during peak hiring. You will lead regional teams, forecast demand, coordinate site activities, and ensure government-defined eligibility determinations remain with authorized personnel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of experience in operations management/IT.
• 10+ years of IT-enabled operations experience, including large distributed teams.
• Experience running operations with service levels, capacity planning, and workforce scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of enrollment network to ensure fingerprint and facial photo capture in a single appointment.
• Lead regional support teams and coordinate site status, closures, and equipment failures.
• Forecast throughput and manage site capacity; reallocate staff and equipment to meet demand and surges.
• Oversee operator scheduling, coverage, backfill, and site closures; reschedule affected selectees.
• Run centralized badge production, quality review, distribution, and inventory reporting.
• Manage suitability determination support, review case materials, and track status across up to 40,000 cases/month.
