RIVA Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Sr.

Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary security, AI, DevSecOps, governance, and QA teams as the primary delivery lead responsible for scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction. You will drive Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, release planning, and executive briefings while interfacing with leadership and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience managing Federal IT delivery programs.
• Experience leading AI, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps teams.
• Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and risk management.
• Executive reporting and stakeholder communication experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program execution and FFP delivery.
• Manage security, AI, DevSecOps, governance, and QA teams.
• Serve as primary interface with leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, release planning, and executive briefings.
• Manage scope, schedule, staffing, risks, and financial performance.
• Prepare status reports, staffing plans, and risk registers.
• Support contract compliance, onboarding, transition, SOPs, and knowledge transfer.
