Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years with Oracle Federal Financials or similar federal IT support.
• Experience with ITIL and federal environment.
• Ability to obtain/maintain federal clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site/site lead, coordinating delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Plan and manage program execution across operations and enhancements.
• Lead agile/hybrid ceremonies and governance forums.
• Develop status reports and manage risk/issue registers.
• Oversee scope, change control, and contract-related deliverables.
• Ensure quality and compliance with federal regulations and audits.
