Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading Agile delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence; Agile collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the accountable Agile Project Manager and day-to-day delivery lead for digital services initiatives.
• Coordinate priorities, scope, schedules, resource requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
• Plan and facilitate Agile delivery across Scrum and Kanban teams; manage backlogs and user stories.
• Provide delivery reporting with Jira dashboards and stakeholder briefings.
• Ensure SDLC/WDLC compliance and governance standards.
