Job summary

RIVA Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Security Lead to serve as the government’s focal point for the security posture of contractor-provided FBIB systems.

The role manages ATO activities, continuous monitoring, and protection of biometric data, PII, and Title 13 information across a nationwide network. You will lead security documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with government stakeholders to maintain robust security across deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT system implementation leadership, including at least 5 years leading multi-site or nationwide deployments.
• Experience leading software releases with Agile methods and coordinated hardware and field deployments.
• Experience planning and running integration and operational readiness testing with Government stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of logistics, equipment deployment, and site activation at scale.
• Ability to obtain a Department of Commerce (DOC) Background Investigation and Census Special Sworn Status.

Responsibilities

• Lead security documentation, assessment, and authorization activities to obtain ATO for contractor systems.
• Ensure compliance with FISMA, Census IT Security Program, Cyber Security Policy, and NIST standards.
• Support FedRAMP requirements at Moderate or higher level for cloud components.
• Respond to continuous monitoring alerts with timely assessment and resolution.
• Run continuous monitoring including annual self‑assessments and vulnerability scans.
• Oversee physical security for contractor facilities and data handling areas.
• Manage personnel security processing for contractor staff and related training.
• Secure interconnections with Government systems through ISAs and encryption.
