Job summary

Leidos is forming a brand-new Agile team in Washington, DC to deliver federal IT modernization. You will gather requirements, write stories, and collaborate with SMEs and developers to drive architecture and data integration.

Expect partial telework in early phases and full on-site at a secure facility as the program matures. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, Security+ or higher, and a Bachelor’s degree with several years of experience in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required for consideration.
• Ability to pass and maintain additional customer suitability screenings.
• On-site work in Washington, DC is required.
• Level-appropriate education and experience per job tier (Bachelor’s + 4–12 years).
• Experienced in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Build datasets and visualizations to support reporting and analytics.
• Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and maintain metadata.
• Document processes and update user stories in Jira.
• Lead focus groups and synthesize findings with surveys.
• Mentor junior team members and support project delivery.
• Collaborate with SMEs, product owners, and developers in an Agile setting.
• Support data governance, architectures, and cross-system integrations.
