Job summary

Abridge, a leading healthcare AI company, seeks an Implementation Director, Federal to drive successful deployment of products within the Federal program. You will be the primary contact for implementation workstreams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects on time and beyond clinician expectations.

You will lead new site deployments, coordinate project plans, and manage risks across all phases, from kickoff to post-live support.

Qualifications

• Have a track record of driving successful healthcare technology implementation projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience in both new site implementation as well as ongoing implementation efforts with a focus on product implementation and product adoption.
• An exceptional strategist as well as an executor, owning the implementation methodology and execution for Federal accounts.
• Extremely organized, able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure long-lasting partnerships.
• Data-driven decisions and proactive identification of issues and solutions.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, focusing on software deployment and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead new site, product implementations, and large-scale expansion events as the primary contact for Federal deployments.
• Create, coordinate, and execute project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Lead through all project phases: kickoffs, configuration, testing, training, go-live, post-live success.
• Identify and manage risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Drive site activations and feature adoption; develop and execute implementation strategy.
• Collaborate with the broader company and Federal program team to improve processes and tools.
• Create repeatable processes to scale the Federal program team.
