Job summary

Abridge is seeking an Implementation Director, Federal to lead deployment and adoption of our AI-powered healthcare platform within Federal programs. You will own the implementation workstream, create and drive project plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time while exceeding clinician expectations.

The role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week in Chicago or San Francisco, with about 40% travel.

Qualifications

• Track record of driving successful healthcare technology implementation projects.
• Experience in new site implementation and ongoing implementation with focus on product deployment.
• Strong communicator with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead new site, product implementations, and large scale expansion events.
• Own creation, coordination, and execution of project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Manage project phases: kickoffs, configuration, testing, training, go-live and post-live success.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues with contingency plans.
