Abridge is seeking a Clinical Success Manager for Federal accounts to lead clinician enablement and drive adoption of our generative AI platform for clinicians. You will collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and stakeholders to tailor workflows, deliver training, and support site implementations across federal and commercial environments.

You will build relationships with clinical champions, monitor utilization, and communicate value while navigating regulatory requirements and healthcare

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP).
• Experience with EHR documentation and understanding of clinical workflows.
• Desire to solve problems and create opportunities for clinicians.
• Experience leading initiatives from conception through launch.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across organizational levels.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• (Preferred) Federal clinical practice or clinical informatics exposure to federal and commercial environments.
• (Preferred) Clinical leadership, education, or training experience.
• (Preferred) Startup or fast-paced environment with ownership mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinician enablement through sessions, presentations, and collateral for adoption at all stages.
• Tailor training to federal clinical workflows and engage deployment stakeholders.
• Assist in implementing new sites and scaling utilization.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical champions.
• Provide workflow and product support to clinicians to drive adoption.
• Monitor product field performance and collaborate with Product/Engineering to address issues.
• Gather clinician feedback to support product iteration and clinician experience.
• Track utilization and report value to partners and internal teams.
