Abridge in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Clinical Success Manager for Federal accounts to lead the adoption of our generative AI platform for clinicians. You will collaborate with federal stakeholders, provide training, and build clinical champions to improve documentation workflows.

You bring 3+ years as a clinician, experience with EHR workflows, and a customer-first mindset. This role offers meaningful impact, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to influence product direction

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a clinician (MD, DO, PA, NP).
• Experience with EHR documentation and a deep understanding of clinical documentation workflows.
• A passion for solving problems and creating new opportunities for clinicians.
• Experience leading initiatives from conception through launch.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with different layers of an organization, from front-line staff to executives.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Preferred: Federal clinical practice or clinical informatics experience, exposure to federal and commercial healthcare environments.
• Preferred: Clinical leadership, education, or training experience.
• Preferred: Startup or fast-paced environment with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinician enablement by leading enablement sessions, staff and leadership presentations, and collateral to support adoption.
• Develop and deliver training tailored to federal clinical workflows and audiences across deployment.
• Support implementation for new and scaling sites, ensuring successful launches and growing utilization.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical champions.
• Provide workflow and product support to drive adoption and utilization by clinicians.
• Monitor product performance, escalate issues with urgency matched to clinical impact, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Surface clinician feedback to inform product iteration and enhance clinician experience.
• Track utilization and outcomes to demonstrate value to partners and internal teams.
