Qualifications

• Executive-level relationships with laboratory, clinical, procurement, contracting leadership.
• Strategic account planning and territory management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills essential for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to influence purchasing decisions across multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience with federal healthcare systems and government procurement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans across assigned federal healthcare accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities within VA, DHA/DoD, IHS, NIH, CDC and other federal bodies.
• Build executive-level relationships with lab, procurement, contracting, and healthcare leaders.
• Lead account plans for VISNs, VA medical centers, DHA markets, and major MTFs.
• Influence procurement strategies and standards within target agencies.
• Maintain forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and account development plans.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to identify and close federal opportunities.
