Job summary

Waters Advanced Diagnostics seeks a highly strategic National Account Executive, Government to drive growth across federal healthcare markets. You will manage relationships with VA, DoD, IHS, NIH, CDC, and other agencies, while coordinating with distribution partners to maximize opportunities and contract utilization.

The role requires extensive executive engagement, strategic account planning, and about 50% travel across designated regions to advance Waters' federal footprint.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or capital equipment.
• Proven success selling to VA, DoD/DHA and other federal healthcare agencies.
• Strong strategic account planning and territory management.
• Experience with federal procurement processes and contracting.
• Ability to travel ~50% across a multi-state territory.
• Executive-level relationship development with healthcare leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth plans for assigned federal healthcare accounts.
• Build exec-level relationships with VA, DHA, IHS, NIH, CDC.
• Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to close federal opportunities.
• Forecast, manage pipelines, and drive contract utilization.
