Qualifications

Master's degree or MBA and 15+ years of senior-level advisory/transformational experience.
Proven ability to translate strategy into enterprise-wide transformation and execution.
Strong executive communications supporting large-scale programs and changes.
Deep experience with federal Health IT, VA programs, and governance considerations.
Experience advising on digital transformation and emerging tech in a federal context.

Responsibilities

Advise senior federal health IT executives on modernization and delivery strategies.
Lead enterprise-level transformation aligning operating model, governance, and technology.
Represent GovCIO's Health IT strategy in client-facing, C-level settings.
Own strategic communications and messaging for large-scale transformations.
Drive delivery leadership across VA account IT services, cyber, cloud, and operations.
