GovCIO is seeking a Vice President, Health IT Strategy & Transformation to lead strategic advisory and enterprise transformation for the federal Health IT portfolio. You will partner with VA leadership, shape modernization roadmaps, and drive executive-level decisions across programs and contracts.

The role requires a proven track record in federal health IT, strong communication, and the ability to operate with C‑level stakeholders. This is a fully remote role across the United States.

Qualifications

15+ years of strategy consulting and enterprise transformation experience.
Experience advising senior federal health IT stakeholders including VA.
Master's degree or MBA required.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted strategic advisor to senior federal health IT executives.
Lead enterprise-level transformation across operating model, governance, workforce, and tech change.
Advise on digital transformation strategies and responsible AI governance in Health IT environments.
Represent GovCIO's Health IT strategy and enterprise digital transformation to clients.
