Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Healthcare Solutions Architect to support growth within Federal Health IT. The role focuses on designing innovative, cost-effective mission-focused solutions across Federal Health agencies, including health data integration and modernization initiatives.

Based onsite in Reston, VA, you will lead solution development, pricing, and business-case alignment, while collaborating with business development and delivery teams to address government health challenges and deliver

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in roles with supervisory or management responsibilities.
• Experience developing technical solutions for large, complex federal/state opportunities and proposals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with senior leaders.
• Expert knowledge in health IT, data platforms, cloud modernization, or health analytics is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Shape solution strategy with Business Development and delivery teams for Federal Health objectives.
• Lead technical solution development, pricing inputs, and business case alignment for proposals.
• Collaborate with leaders to define solution architecture, mission value, and key technical parameters prior to costing.
• Present governance reviews to senior leadership, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with Health IT partners, providers, and teaming organizations.
• Demonstrate understanding of Federal Health environments (CMS, NIH, FDA, CDC, VA, HRSA) and position Peraton for end-to-end value.
• Engage with customers to capture mission priorities and translate health IT capabilities into differentiated solutions.
• Translate AI/ML, data platforms, and interoperability into health-focused solutions.
• Maintain a mature network within Federal Health community and partners.
