Job summary

Sprezzatura seeks a Senior Solutions Architect to join the Growth Team in a hybrid role based in Arlington, VA. You will lead federal IT architecture for the VA and related agencies, designing secure, scalable solutions and guiding end-to-end delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in federal IT, expertise in cloud, security, and enterprise architecture, and a proven track record with VA systems. U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field; Master’s or advanced certs preferred.
• Proven 7+ years as IT solutions architect with DoD/VA experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal IT systems, FISMA/NIST compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure federal IT solutions aligned with VA requirements.
• Lead architecture for complex federal projects including cloud migrations and integrations.
• Collaborate with VA program managers, IT staff and vendors to gather requirements and define scope.
