Peraton is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to spearhead end-to-end solution development for complex Federal Government opportunities, translating customer missions into executable, differentiated technical approaches. This senior leadership role requires strategic vision, expertise in enterprise modernization, cloud and software engineering, and strong engagement with senior government stakeholders.

Qualifications

18+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, enterprise architecture, solution development, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Federal Government technology programs and modernization initiatives.
Proven ability to translate complex customer requirements into compliant, deliverable solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution development for complex Federal Government opportunities, from requirements to transition.
Establish the technical and architectural vision for enterprise applications, cloud modernization, data, and digital transformation.
Lead multidisciplinary Solution Teams and direct technical, engineering, architecture contributions.
Translate customer mission needs into a compliant, differentiated technical approach.
Partner with Capture and Business Development to shape win strategies and pricing approaches.
