Job summary

JBS International is seeking a seasoned SME II to guide CMS enterprise operations and transformation at the portfolio level. You will advise CMS leaders, shape strategic direction, and oversee governance across the Enterprise Operations & Efficiency BPA.

The role requires senior leadership experience and a strong background in federal health programs. You will partner with CMS and affiliate teams to drive growth, ensure quality, and align solutions with federal priorities.

Qualifications

• Master-level degree required; 15+ years of leadership experience in federal health, public-sector consulting, or CMS programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior interface and trusted advisor to CMS leaders; translate priorities into enterprise strategies.
• Lead governance reviews, strategic planning sessions, and executive briefings.
• Oversee BPA strategy, governance, and portfolio performance with cross-organization coordination.
• Support growth, capture opportunities, and bid decision processes; recruit senior leaders when needed.
