Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public administration, business, public health, health policy, management or related field.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership in federal health, public-sector consulting, or enterprise operations.
• At least 10 years of executive or senior leadership support for CMS enterprise programs or contracts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior interface and trusted advisor to CMS leaders and JBS stakeholders.
• Advise on enterprise transformation, governance, and performance management.
• Lead executive briefings, governance reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Translate CMS objectives into practical enterprise strategies and implementation approaches.
• Provide BPA-level oversight for portfolio, quality standards, and risk visibility.
