Job summary

JBS International, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Strategy & Operations Director, SME II, to serve as the national authority on CMS operations, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.

You will guide strategic growth, shape solution development, and advise CMS leadership at the enterprise level. The role operates as a trusted advisor for the CMS BPA, cultivates senior CMS relationships, and aligns JBS capabilities to complex call orders while ensuring governance and long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in federal health, public-sector consulting, enterprise operations, or related field.
• At least 10 years supporting CMS enterprise programs, contracts, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading federal enterprise contracts or portfolios valued at >$10M annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior advisory to CMS leaders on enterprise transformation, operations, and performance management.
• Govern BPA strategy, governance, and portfolio oversight with strong risk management and quality controls.
• Lead growth, call order capture, and solution development activities with JBS and partners.
