Qualifications

• Master's degree in public administration, business, public health, health policy, management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressively responsible leadership in federal health/public-sector consulting.
• 10+ years of executive or senior leadership supporting CMS programs, contracts, or transformation.
• Experience leading federal enterprise contracts or portfolios valued at more than $10M annually.
• Deep knowledge of CMS structures, priorities, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior interface and trusted advisor to CMS leaders, bringing credibility and strategic judgment.
• Provide BPA-level strategy, governance, quality oversight, and portfolio leadership across teams.
• Monitor portfolio performance and escalate actions to the executive level when needed.
• Support growth and call order capture with cross-organizational collaboration and market awareness.
• Mentor program and subject matter experts; align capabilities to CMS priorities.
