Job summary

JBS International, Inc. seeks a seasoned CMS Enterprise Strategy & Operations Director to lead enterprise strategy, governance, and growth across CMS programs. This SME II role shapes transformation, advises CMS leaders, and guides solution development at the portfolio level.

Hybrid work requires 2–3 days onsite at our North Bethesda, MD headquarters. The position oversees BPA delivery, maintains executive relationships, and drives cross‑component collaboration for measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in public administration, business, public health, health policy, management, or a related field.
• 15 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in federal health, public-sector consulting, enterprise operations, or closely related field.
• 10+ years of executive or senior leadership experience supporting CMS enterprise programs, contracts, or transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of CMS structures, priorities, contracting, governance, and data-driven decision support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior interface and trusted advisor to CMS leaders, guiding enterprise strategy and transformation.
• Provide BPA-level strategic subject matter expertise and governance for the CMS Enterprise Operations & Efficiency BPA.
• Lead or support bid/no-bid decisions, solution development, and executive reviews with cross‑functional teams.
