Job summary

Horizon3 is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company focused on proactive defense through the NodeZero platform. We seek a GTM & Technical Recruiter, Federal, to own full-cycle recruitment across Federal GTM and technical roles, building a diverse, qualified pipeline.

You will partner with leaders across Federal, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product to translate needs into precise search strategies, assess candidates, and drive offers in a security-clearance aware environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter supporting both go-to-market and technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting in cybersecurity, defense technology, or government contracting contexts.
• Strong understanding of security-clearance processes and timelines.
• Ability to build diverse, high-quality pipelines across Federal roles.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Federal GTM and technical roles from intake to close.
• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into role profiles and plans.
• Build diverse pipelines across Federal sales, engineering, and security disciplines.
• Develop networks within the Federal ecosystem and clearance-eligible talent.
• Guide interview teams through structured assessments and timely decisions.
• Manage offers, compensation alignment, and clearance-related timing.
