Garner Health is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to power our growth by hiring across Sales, Account Management, Marketing and more. You will partner with Hiring Managers and leaders to build strong hiring plans and guide interview processes.

This remote-friendly role involves building diverse talent pipelines, delivering a top candidate experience, using data to optimize time-to-fill and quality of hire, and promoting equity and inclusion throughout recruiting.

Competenze

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth tech or healthcare environment.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive hiring strategy.
• Proven success sourcing and closing high-quality candidates across a variety of business functions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency and accountability.
