Aleut Federal seeks a Vice President of Federal Growth and Strategy to lead the growth organization for the Mission & Technology group (MSG and TSG) with a ~$160M revenue portfolio. You will own the full growth lifecycle: market strategy, pipeline, capture, proposal, teaming, and solution investment to build a 6x revenue pipeline (~$1B) and convert it into sustained growth.

Qualifications

• Active TS or TS/SCI clearance required.
• 15+ years in federal business development, capture, and growth.
• 8+ years leading growth organizations with direct reports.
• Breadth across market strategy, call plans, capture, teaming, pricing, proposal, and post-award transition.
• Technology growth depth in cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, software development, or IT modernization.
• Hands-on use of AI in growth work and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Define growth strategy for M&T, targeting agencies and tech domains.
• Maintain 6x revenue pipeline (~$1B qualified) with disciplined hygiene.
• Lead and develop BD Directors, capture/proposal resources, and solution architects.
• Personally lead capture on must-win franchised pursuits from opportunity identification through award.
• Drive AI-enabled growth tooling and guardrails for data handling and content quality.
• Own contract vehicle portfolio strategy (GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs).
• Foster prime/sub, OEM, and ISV teaming relationships for credible bids.
• Lead solution architects and investments in reusable offerings.
