Job summary

Aleut Federal, LLC is seeking a senior, market-facing technical leader to drive custom software development and DevSecOps transformation for U.S. federal environments.

You will lead across the lifecycle from opportunity shaping to delivery assurance, shaping technical win strategies and defining differentiated, executable solutions. The ideal candidate is hands-on, able to design cloud-native systems, embed AI into engineering practices, and translate capabilities into winning proposals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of U.S. federal experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Hands-on experience in custom software development, DevSecOps pipeline implementation, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience supporting technical solutioning, capture, and proposal development.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solutioning for federal opportunities involving custom application development, cloud-native modernization, DevSecOps, and platform engineering.
• Directly influence and help drive technical wins by defining solution discriminators, shaping technical win themes, and leading customer-facing architecture discussions, whiteboarding sessions, and demos.
• Partner with Business Development and Capture to shape opportunities pre-RFP and translate engineering approaches into clear mission, performance, and cost outcomes.
• Present and defend technical approaches to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders and serve as a senior technical voice in opportunity strategy.
• Develop DevSecOps and engineering solution briefs, capability messaging, and reference architectures.
