Job summary

Aleut Federal is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Federal Growth and Strategy to lead the Mission & Technology growth groups, MSG and TSG. You will own the growth lifecycle, shape win strategies, and build a repeatable approach to achieving a multi-year, six‑times revenue pipeline of about $1B.

You will manage an established team and guide AI-enabled capabilities across pursuit strategy, teaming, and execution.

Qualifications

• Active TS or TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 15+ years of federal business development, capture, and growth experience.
• Broad growth lifecycle experience: market strategy, capture, proposal, pricing, and post‑award.
• Demonstrated technology growth depth: cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, IT modernization.
• Fluent, hands-on use of AI in real growth work.

Responsibilities

• Own growth lifecycle for M&T, including market strategy, pipeline, and win strategy.
• Lead and develop inherited growth organization and senior professionals.
• Personally lead capture on must-win pursuits and drive color team discipline.
• Lead AI-enabled growth tooling and guardrails for data handling and integrity.
• Oversee contract vehicle portfolio strategy and teaming relationships.
