Job summary

Aleut Federal, LLC in Arlington, VA seeks a VP of Federal Growth and Strategy to lead the growth organization for the Mission & Technology group, overseeing MSG and TSG. You will own market strategy, pipeline, capture, and proposal efforts, building a 6x revenue pipeline and translating it into sustained year-over-year growth.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance at time of hire.
• 15+ years of federal business development and growth leadership.
• Experience leading growth for a DoD/agency portfolio.
• Proven track record of wins, bookings, and year-over-year growth.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the M&T growth strategy and pipeline.
• Lead and develop the inherited growth team and set operating rhythm.
• Personally lead capture on must-win pursuits from identification to award.
• Drive AI-enabled growth tooling and guardrails across the lifecycle.
• Own contract vehicle portfolio strategy (GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs) and teaming models.
• Oversee solution architects and inorganic growth initiatives for reusable offerings.
• Support M&A diligence and post-close integration from growth side.
