Job summary

GTSC Talent Solutions seeks an accomplished Chief Growth Officer to lead the growth engine across the GTSC family (GST, The Bowen Group, AEITS, DataWiz). You will drive strategy, build repeatable growth systems, own the qualified pipeline end-to-end, and protect strategic contracts while pursuing organic and inorganic expansion.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in federal GovCon professional services with progressive leadership in BD, capture and growth.
• Track record of scaling a federal services business toward $100M+ revenue and owning or heavily influencing a growth P&L.
• Deep knowledge of federal acquisition lifecycle, contract vehicles, set-aside programs, and teaming.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year growth strategy for GTSC family and translate into actionable pipeline to meet $100M+ target.
• Establish and enforce pipeline discipline: qualification standards, bid/no-bid, gate reviews, forecast accuracy.
• Lead BD, capture, and proposal operations; build and mentor a high-performing growth team.
• Drive capture strategy on priority pursuits with delivery and technical leadership.
• Own executive-level relationships with federal customers, industry partners, and teaming counterparts.
• Protect and expand strategic vehicles and achieve on-contract growth and recompetes.
• Support M&A strategy: target sourcing, diligence, and integration of growth engines.
• Build branding, marketing systems, and CRM discipline; report growth KPIs to leadership.
