Job summary

Sitreps is seeking a Federal Growth Lead to own the Air Force and Space Force sales cycle, from prospecting through demos, negotiations and close. You will build scalable account plans across AFMC and major commands, navigating OT and traditional routes while earning the trust of program offices and contracting staff.

Based in the U.S., you will engage with offices across the Air Force and Space Force, including program offices and installations, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with the Air Force or Space Force, in uniform, civilian, or vendor roles.
• Proven ability to build accounts from zero and close complex deals.
• Track record of managing end-to-end sales cycles and quota attainment.
• Familiarity with procurement vehicles and buying cycles in defense.
• Comfort demoing software and working with sales tools like Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the Air Force/Space Force sales cycle from outbound to close.
• Develop strategic account plans and scalable repeatable motions across commands and bases.
• Navigate AF/Space Force procurement pathways (OT, IDIQs, BPAs, MAS).
• Build relationships with AFLCMC, installation staff, and contracting officers.
• Lead product demos and coordinate with proposals and pricing teams.
• Represent the company at Air Force/Space Force industry days and events.
