Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Federal Growth Lead to own the Air Force and Space Force sales cycle from outbound prospecting through demos, proposals, negotiation and close. The role focuses on building enduring relationships within AFLCMC and major commands across installations.

You will navigate complex procurement channels, including OT pathways, GSA MAS, IDIQs, and BPAs, while partnering with cross-functional teams to win and scale a repeatable motion across the services.

Qualifications

• Deep experience with the Air Force or Space Force, including interactions with programs/offices.
• Record of building accounts from zero and closing multi-stakeholder deals against a quota.
• Fluency with Air Force/Space Force programs, procurement vehicles, and buying cycles.
• Willingness to be an individual contributor, owning the deal from first call to delivery.
• Comfort demoing software solo and working with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Own the Air Force and Space Force sales cycle end to end from outbound prospecting to close.
• Build strategic account plans to scale across AFMC and other commands.
• Navigate procurement pathways (OT awards, GSA MAS, IDIQs, BPAs, task orders).
• Develop relationships with AFLCMC, installation leadership, and contracting officers.
• Lead discovery sessions and in-person demos tailored to AF/Space Force workflows.
• Collaborate with proposal, capture, and design teams on responses and pricing.
• Represent the company at AF/Space Force industry events.
