Qualifications
- Strong technical writing, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Experience with UFC 3-600-01 and NFPA standards is required.
- Federal project experience (USACE or similar) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide fire protection engineering support for federal construction projects.
- Serve as SME for fire and life safety systems and ensure UFC 3-600-01 and NFPA compliance.
- Perform design reviews, inspections, QA, submittal reviews, and acceptance testing.
- Coordinate with project teams throughout all construction phases.
- Review contractor submittals and RFIs; provide technical comments and recommendations.
