Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior Financial Transformation Manager in the Arlington, VA area to lead complex government finance modernization efforts. You will drive cross-functional teams, deliver high-impact solutions, and ensure alignment with federal regulations and audit readiness.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, mentor staff, and support business development while implementing Power Platform and data analytics to improve performance and transparency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Six (6) or more years of experience in business transformation, financial management, audit, accounting, data analytics, process improvement, or related consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial transformation initiatives and modernize financial operations with tech solutions.
• Manage project teams and workstreams with high-quality deliverables.
• Design, develop, and implement MS 365 Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI).
• Develop performance metrics, dashboards, and data visualisation to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting with technology.
• Guide current-state assessments, stakeholder interviews, and future-state design activities.
• Develop and manage project plans, risks, and dependencies for successful delivery.
• Communicate with executive stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, internal controls, and audit-readiness.
• Lead automation, analytics, and AI capabilities to address financial management challenges.
• Coordinate development of financial metrics, dashboards, low-code apps, and AI-enabled solutions using Power Platform, SharePoint, Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake, SQL, Python.
• Mentor consultants and support business development activities.
