Job summary
Guidehouse is looking for a Financial Transformation Manager in McLean/Arlington/Springfield, VA to lead transformation initiatives and partner with federal stakeholders. You will drive teams, design Power Platform solutions, and deliver executive dashboards to enable transparent financial management and compliance.
Ideal candidates have 6+ years in related consulting, strong client-facing skills, and experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years in business transformation, financial management, or related consulting.
- Experience with Power Platform, BI tools, and data analytics.
- Strong communication and leadership with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial transformation initiatives and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Manage project teams, resources, and delivery quality.
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint).
- Develop performance metrics, executive dashboards, and data visualizations.
- Guide process improvement and automation using analytics and AI.
