Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Financial Management Transformation professional to optimize financial management structures for Defense and National Security clients. You will transform processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with federal regulations while engaging with senior stakeholders.

You will work on modernizing financial processes, building dashboards, and developing low-code solutions using Power Platform and Tableau, with opportunities for skill growth in analytics and AI

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; candidates must obtain adjudication prior to onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or a related field
• ONE (1) year of work experience; Master’s degree may be used in lieu of work experience

Responsibilities

• Transform financial processes and improve efficiency for Defense/National Security clients.
• Interact with senior management and develop skills in technical competency, business development, and client service.
• Create performance metrics and dashboards using Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Office Suite.
• Identify process improvements and apply technology to enhance financial management.
• Coordinate end-to-end development plans with realistic timelines and communications.
• Support embedding financial management standards into solution design for audit readiness.
