Guidehouse is seeking Financial Management Transformation professionals to optimize federal financial management structures for Defense and National Security clients. You will work on modernizing processes, enhancing efficiency, improving transparency, and supporting performance management with Microsoft 365 Power Platform and Power BI.

Collaboration with senior stakeholders is essential, with opportunities to develop skills in data analytics and automation.

Competenze

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or related field.
• 1+ year of work experience; Master’s may substitute for experience.

Mansioni

• Support transformative initiatives by partnering with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes.
• Assist in implementing Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Create performance metrics and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint, and related tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements over financial tools and templates.
